This appeal filed by the assessee is directed against the order of the Commissioner (Appeals)-6, Chennai, dt. 26-7-2019 and pertains to assessment years 2015-16.

2. The assessee has raised the following grounds of appeal:-

1. The order of learned Commissioner (Appeals) is against the facts and circumstances of the case.

2. The learned Commissioner (Appeals) erred in confirming the action of the assessing officer in treating the amount of Rs. 3,36,15,553 as unexplained cash credit under section 68 of the Act.
