Major changes made in Company Law Forms of V3 Website of MCA

1. Every User is now required to create his/her id on the portal and have to register DSC through their respective login.

2. E-MOA and E-AOA is added for Section 8 Company.

3. NIC Code 2008 needs to be provided for Object in V3.

4. E-MOA is added in Form MGT-14 in Changing Registered Office from one state to another Memorandum of Association

5. Trademark validation is added in Incorporation Form

6. Section Pertaining to IBC added in Form MGT-14.

7. Photograph of Registered Office is added in Form INC 20-A (For Commencement of Business).

8. Most of Physical Form has been removed.

9. Form INC-22 cannot be filed if your any Form is pending for approval (in case of change in registered office/state).

10. Type of Security to be allotted, Type of issue (Right issue/Private Placement) is added in Form PAS-3.

11. List of allottee in included in the Form itself instead of separate attachment.

12. One declaration is added in Form PAS-3 that 'There is no pending Forms for previous allotment'.

13. Form 28 is now conditional STP earlier it was non-STP for all purpose.

14. Form size is increased to 10 MB.
